Shipping is free on every order within the United States. We do not ship outside the US at the moment.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Most items arrive in 3 to 7 business days. Items marked "Ships in 10 to 15 business days" on the product page take longer. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. See our Shipping Policy.

We work with trusted suppliers and fulfillment warehouses, and your order ships directly from them. Most items ship from US warehouses. Some ship from international partners, and those are clearly marked on the product page.

Items in one order may ship from different warehouses, so they can arrive separately. Each package has its own tracking.

Yes. You can request a return within 15 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition. Email us first and we'll send instructions, including a prepaid return label when the item needs to be sent back. We don't offer direct exchanges, so please return the item for a refund and place a new order. See our Refund Policy.

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Orders are processed quickly, usually within a few hours, so we can't change or cancel them once processed. If you need help, email us right away.

Yes. Our store runs on Shopify with a secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

Sizes are listed by age (for example 0-3 months or 6-9 months) and can vary a little by item. Check the size details on each product page. Babies grow fast, so when in doubt, size up. If you're unsure, email us before ordering and we'll help.
